To reserve online simply click on the link:


Select the size or type of unit you are looking for and then click on “Reserve Now”
Fill in the required information and then click on “Confirm Reservation”
A screen will appear with your reservation details. A notice will be sent to our office and
a confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address that was provided.
Reservations will be held for 3 days.

There will be a $10.00 administration fee and a refundable $20.00 Security / Cleaning
deposit charged when the account is opened. The deposit will be refunded upon vacating
provided that all goods are removed from the unit and it is “broom clean” and a 30 day "move-out"
notice is given. The $20.00 Security / Cleaning fee is not charged for Outside Parking!
Existing customers are not charged the $10.00 administration fee!

Your reservation will be reviewed and a DocuSign contract will be sent by email
to complete. A representative is available to assist you in the process.

Enter Unit Number and your PIN and click “Log In”
(PIN has to be set up with our office prior to using this option)
Your account information will appear.
Partial payments are not allowed!
Payment must match the amount shown in the “Next Payment” box.
Enter valid Credit Card number / expiration date and 3 digit code on back of card.
Click “PROCESS TRANSACTION” to complete transaction and your payment will be
applied to your account. Select “Print” if you want an immediate confirmation receipt.
If we have an e-mail address on file a receipt will also be e-mailed to you.
Enter the amount of your payment and click Submit Payment.
